About the Clinic
Our clinic is focused on you. We only schedule 10 patients per day, and at our clinic, each patient gets 60 minutes to address all their questions and concerns. If you have a problem that is urgent, we will find a way to get you in today. Not like some practices where providers are a cog in a machine, focused on getting you in and out as fast as possible.

You will not wait an hour to see your provider.
You won't have to deal with a call center.
You will not feel rushed.
Take a deep breath, relax, and get ready to feel comfortable, confident, and satisfied with your experience.
About Daniel
Daniel Fenton started life as a programmer and operational consultant for mental health and substance abuse clinics. This required a strong background in data-systems focused on research, treatment, and billing.
After mental health and substance abuse took a heavy hit with indigent funding cuts starting in 2003 that stripped research and treatment over the next 3 years, he made the move to nursing. After graduating with a 3.98 GPA second in his class and a member of Phi Theta Kappa, Daniel was blessed to find Cibola General Hospital.
After gaining valuable experience in Med/Srg, ER, and ICU Daniel became a skilled infection preventionist, emergency manager, patient educator, and employee health nurse. He also continues to provide programming services as requested. He began his career as a Nurse practitioner working with Grants Family Health in December of 2018.
His clinic was started in October of 2022.
His side projects include microcontroller programming, mechanics, woodworking, welding, and fabrication.

How Can I Help You

Primary Care
Primary care services are all the services that you would expect from your primary care provider. This can be a Doctor, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner like Daniel. This is generally considered your everyday medical provider where you get your physicals, medication refills, lab and x-ray orders, or who you see for that cold. Daniel can also refer you to a specialist if your problem is out of his scope of practice.

Medical Card
For those who qualify, we provide new card certification and renewals. You do not have to establish yourself as a permanent patient, we provide this service for our entire community. To schedule an appointment, come into our clinic and pay a $20 deposit toward your visit. If you have medical documentation showing your qualifying condition, bring that with you. The total cost would be $113 plus you will get a printed copy of your digital card.

House Calls
While we won't mow your lawn, Daniel will come to your home for an appointment. Its important for those who are home bound or have trouble leaving the house to get the medical care they need.
Telehealth
Can't come into our clinic? We can do a virtual visit by sending a text message to your phone. You and Daniel can see each other on your screen and discuss your medical issues. Its the next best thing to in person.

Shoulder and Knee Injections

In cases of severe arthritis, joint injections may provide some relief. While these injections can speed degeneration of the knee or shoulder joint, insurance companies and orthopedics frequently require them prior to advancing to other therapies.
Trigger Point Injections
Botox
We now offer Botox services for facial aesthetics, migraine headaches, TMJ disorder, and myofascial pain.

Trigger point injections are a pain management treatment that involves injecting a local anesthetic into a trigger point prior to breaking apart fibrous and dysfunctional muscles. This can be done anywhere on the body you have a muscle.
